Domaine Dupont's Cidre Bouche Brut de Normandie is one of the most beloved, classic French ciders from Normandy. Dry cider made using the traditional method of the Pays d'Auge. "Cidre bouché" is a generic term for traditional cider, meanin "cider under cork". Traditional French cider apple varieties grown on the family's estate, spontaneous yeast fermentation in stainless steel. Unfiltered and unpasteurized. Fine bubbles and full-bodied. Notes of fresh apple juice, citrus, pine, leather, and wood. Pairs really well with chicken or pork - or nearly anything for that matter.
